The Basic Project Management online course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the skills, knowledge and competencies required for a successful career in Project Management. Throughout the course, you will explore the importance of project charters, the skills development landscape for Project Managers, and the benefits of this qualification. You will gain an understanding of the structured learning and delivery of the project manager qualification and the final assessment and certification process.

The course will cover the definitions and key concepts of project, program, and portfolio management, and how they relate to operations management and organizational strategy. You will learn about the business value of projects and the role of the project manager. The course will explore the impact of the project environment on project management options, the project life cycle, and project stakeholders and governance.

You will also delve into the project process groups and knowledge areas, including initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing. In addition, the course will cover codes of conduct for businesses, values and ethics, consumer rights and protection, client services, and supplier relations, tenders, and procurement.

By the end of this course, you will have a solid understanding of project management principles and be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed as a Project Manager.
