The main focus of this course is to develop and demonstrate an understanding of personal ethics and the moral compass. Participants will learn to describe the role of a code of conduct in a work environment and how to uphold it within a team based on ethical principles.

Participants will also learn how to identify and develop objectives, formulate a plan to meet those objectives, implement the plan, and monitor activities. They will learn how to create, implement, and maintain a personal and team task list, use and maintain a diary, and prioritize personal and team tasks.

In addition, this course covers the concept of leadership and the difference between leadership and management. Participants will learn how to apply leadership techniques to individuals and teams in the work context and evaluate the impact of those techniques. The importance of motivating a team will be explored and participants will develop an understanding of themselves and their team members in the workplace.

The course also covers theories of motivation and group dynamics, and participants will learn how to implement a plan of action to strengthen a team. Finally, the course will cover providing feedback and recognizing achievements as important components of effective leadership. By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply these skills and principles to become effective leaders within their organizations.
